Berkin Murat Soylu brings approximately 20 years of experience in corporate and M&A, employment, competition, banking, capital markets, and arbitration and dispute resolution. He advises domestic and international clients on complex Turkish law matters across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions.
He is admitted to the Istanbul Bar and is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and the Turkic Arbitration Association. He is a listed arbitrator at multiple international arbitration centres and is experienced in acting as arbitrator as well as counsel. He holds an MBA from Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul.
